  • What the fuck is it bruh? Looks like a headless dude, with some project buildings in the background all seated on what looks like a forest of bud…………I like (c)Borat

  • See Tony’s comment on Something Different. Yo, honestly it’s not hitting me immediately. The face has a nice blank expression. How are you thinking about printing it?

  • I guess it still has to be worked out I did the joint last night. it would be 1 or 2 color printing. It wont necessarily make the cut tho.

  • Firstly, I enjoy seeing the varying styles of you and Scratch in one place, great idea.

I really like your style and I like the whole cloud/smoke theme you have going. I would really love to seem some of these ideas polished and refined (and larger images).

I kinda like the fact that I have to really look at some of your work to see what’s going on, you pack so much detail into these things it’s crazy. Sometimes, imo, though that can be your downfall. In this piece for example the characters left hand, leg, and even arm get kind of lost in the clouds. Again some of that is probably the size of the image…

I like how the buildings stand out right above his stomach and how there is distinction from his shoulders and the clouds. If that kind of separation/balance (not sure the word I’m looking for) was around his entire body I think this piece would pop in black & white and then more so in color. I’m torn between whether or not I want to see your stuff in color though b/c it’s so striking b&w. It might just be my jealousy of your ability to work in b&w though :) .

In your suum difrent, minus the clouds (as mentioned), I think you did a great job of packing in all that detail yet keeping elements separate.

I really had no intention of writing this much when I started, sorry.

  • Well thanks for the shout outs Tony.

When it comes to my stuff I can totally feel where you’re coming from. I am both trying to refine my black and white style and trying to work out how to get the same feel from my color stuff that I get from my uncolored drawings, sketches. Definitely working on getting to the point where im happier with both.

In suum different the clouds were acutlly a last minute
addition to the image. I guess its pretty noticable.

Keep watching, you’ll see more and better stuff as time goes on. And thanks for the advice.
